Supervision over the activities of the Management Board is exercised by a three-member Supervisory Board, with Henry Uljas (Chairman of the Management Board of Bioforce Group O\u00dc) serving as chairman, and Merle Kurvits (Chairman of the Management Board of Eesti Raudtee AS) and Indrek Sirp (Special Adviser for Defence Industry Development at the Ministry of Defence) serving as members.<\/p>\n

The founder has set the remuneration of the chairman of the Supervisory Board at EUR 1,000 per month and the remuneration of the member of the Supervisory Board at EUR 500 per month.
