Randel Veerits is the CEO and a member of the Management Board.
The activities of the company are planned, managed and supervised by a three Supervisory Board members, consisting of Henry Uljas (Chairman of the Management Board of Bioforce Group OÜ), Merle Kurvits (Chairman of the Management Board of AS Operail) and Indrek Sirp (Special Adviser for Defense Industry Development, Ministry of Defence).
The founder has set the remuneration of the chairman of the Supervisory Board at EUR 1 000 per month and the remuneration of a member of the Supervisory Board at EUR 500 per month. No additional remuneration is paid to the members of the Board.
The highest governing body of the company is the shareholders’ meeting. The Republic of Estonia is the sole shareholder of the company, with the rights of shareholders exercised by the Minister of Defense as the body authorized to manage state assets.
