Randel Veerits is the CEO and chairman of the management board, and Fred Metsma is the CFO and a member of the management board.
The company’s activities are planned, managed and supervised by a three-member Supervisory Board, consisting of chairman Henry Uljas (chairman of the management board of Bioforce Group OÜ), member Merle Kurvits (chairman of the management board of Eesti Raudtee AS), and member Indrek Sirp (special adviser for defence industry development at the Ministry of Defence).
The founder has set the remuneration of the chairman of the Supervisory Board at EUR 1,000 per month and the remuneration of a member of the Supervisory Board at EUR 500 per month. No additional remuneration is paid to members of the board.
The highest governing body of the company is the shareholders’ meeting. The Republic of Estonia is the sole shareholder of the company, with shareholder rights exercised by the Minister of Defence as the authority authorised to manage state assets.
