Hexest Materials AS is a state-owned company established by the Republic of Estonia on 28.05.2025. The company’s mission is to establish a military explosives production facility in Estonia to reduce the explosives shortage in EU and NATO, develop the Estonian defense industry and defense capabilities, and boost the Estonian economy.
The company is a member of the Estonian Defence and Aerospace Industries Association, strengthening both the innovation capacity of the sector and national defence cooperation in general.
