Hexest Materials AS is a state-owned company established on May 28, 2025, by the Republic of Estonia. The company’s mission is to establish the production of military explosives in Estonia to reduce the deficit of explosives within the European Union and NATO, develop Estonia’s defense industry and defense capability, and stimulate the Estonian economy.
